The lockable cabinet doors of the charging cabinet prevent unauthorized access to the batteries or the devices stored inside. In this version, the cabinet has 1 x 4 compartments with solid sheet metal doors and various locking systems that you can configure yourself.

The battery charging cabinet in the configuration with 4 compartments has external dimensions of 2000 x 600 x 500 mm (height x width x depth). You can find further equipment variants via the selection field.

Sufficient storage space available for e-bike batteries and battery-powered devices

4 compartments measuring 500 x 470 x 435 mm are available for storing batteries or battery-powered devices. Each compartment has 2 × 230 V / 16 A with cover and 1 × FI / LS switch. Even if not all e-bike batteries have the same dimensions, there are typical dimensions that are used by the majority of e-bike manufacturers. With its compartment dimensions, the charging station offers sufficient space for safe storage and charging.

Suitable for outdoor use

The e-bike charging station can also be set up outdoors. Although a roof is recommended, it is not absolutely necessary. It has splash water protection class IP 44, which means it is protected against the ingress of solid foreign bodies larger than 1 mm and against splashing water on all sides. There are also two splash-proof sockets in each of the individual compartments.

Safe charging option for all types of e-bike batteries

The power supply is 3-phase with 3 x 230V and 50 Hz. For safe use, there are also warning notices for the user in each compartment. Cables can be fed into the base from below or from the side.

Comprehensive locking mechanisms ensure safety

The loading lockers are available with either a classic cylinder key lock (KEY Lock), deposit lock, cashier lock or an electronic lock. This allows you to meet your individual security requirements. The locks can be retrofitted at any time and other locking systems are available on request.

Customizable and available in other colors

The loading cabinets are powder-coated in light gray (RAL 7035) ex works. The paint finish is UV and weather resistant. The battery cabinet can also be customized in blue (RAL 5012) and metallic grey (NSC S 6502B). Color combinations are also possible, please contact us.

There are currently no legal regulations for the storage of lithium batteries / lithium-ion batteries. Only VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH issues general safety rules for damage prevention in its publication VdS 3103 : 2019-06 (03).
