BAUER shelf containers - 2 storage fields

The BAUER racking container is the ideal solution for the safe, structured and legally compliant storage of hazardous substances and other sensitive materials, such as lithium-ion batteries. Equipped with a general building authority approval (Z-38.5-103 DIBt), this container meets the highest requirements for fire protection, statics and functionality.

• Lockable, two-part sliding door with Rokustrip seals (foams open in the event of fire)
• Can be operated from one side

General guidelines for battery storage

There are currently no legal regulations for the storage of lithium batteries / lithium-ion batteries. Only VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH issues general safety rules for damage prevention in its publication VdS 3103 : 2019-06 (03). It is advisable to clarify your requirements with your property insurance company in advance.
