LOXK2000 Aerosol Fire Suppression System
The AFX 150 is an electrically activated aerosol extinguishing module (6–36 V DC, 1 A for 1–2 seconds) with a net extinguishing agent weight of 150 g. It weighs a total of 2.5 kg and discharges the aerosol through a standard outlet with a range of 1.5 m in less than 30 seconds. Its dimensions are 310 mm in length and 94 mm in diameter.
It is a reliable aerosol fire extinguishing system specially designed for use in enclosed environments such as battery compartments. When smoke is detected, the system is automatically activated and releases a fine aerosol that quickly spreads throughout the interior of the compartment.
This advanced aerosol interrupts the chemical chain reaction of a fire while reducing the temperature in the affected area to effectively prevent the spread and thermal runaway of battery cells. The system enables fast and effective firefighting – without any piping or pressure vessels – and is ideal for compact, safety-critical applications.
The aerosol can only be ordered in conjunction with the cabinet!
