What are our shipping costs?
Generally we ship a large portion of our products free of charge within Germany. Only for very small orders below a goods value of €150 do we charge a shipping & handling flat rate of €25.
Which logistics partner delivers your goods?
We work with a small selection of local freight forwarders who have been by our side for years and have distinguished themselves by service, customer friendliness and punctuality. For smaller products such as spare parts, we ship via regular parcel service. Here we rely on established service providers, e.g. DHL, GLS or DPD.
How long does shipping usually take?
Order processing generally takes place within one business day. Depending on production time (delivery time is stated in the order confirmation) and the chosen payment method, your shipment will be sent to you promptly. Only for payment via advance payment must you allow time for the transfer to reach our account. Depending on the credit institution, a transfer can take several days. As soon as payment is received, the goods are shipped if available. The order confirmation contains the relevant information regarding delivery times. In times of strong demand, slight delays may occur; in particular seasonal goods, such as winter service equipment, are in high demand after weather events and the delivery time may be extended. We therefore recommend ordering early to avoid long delivery times.

Delivery in the European hinterland
We also deliver the devices to the European hinterland, such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, etc. However, we cannot specify flat shipping and delivery costs in advance; instead, we find the most favorable shipping partner for you on the day. Delivery in the European region
We also ship our complete assortment into the European region, such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, etc. However, we can not specify specific flat shipping and delivery costs in advance as they differ significantly related to weight, size, destination etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us for making you an individual offer. Payment options
The following payment methods are available to you as a customer:
Invoice (for commercial customers, subject to creditworthiness)
Immediately after you place your order, the goods are prepared for shipment considering the stated delivery time. As soon as the goods leave our premises, you will receive our invoice with the amount to be transferred. The accompanying invoice includes our bank details. Please always transfer the invoice amount with the invoice number, so that we can ensure a smooth allocation of the payment. The purchase price becomes due on the day of delivery for purchases on account. Within 10 days we expect the payment to be credited to our account; otherwise we must unfortunately issue a reminder. Please spare yourself and us this inconvenience and transfer the due amount in good time. If you have any questions or problems with the transfer, the invoice amount, etc., you can always contact us.
Prepayment ./. 2% Cash Discount
After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation as well as an advance payment invoice. This shows the amount to be transferred and our bank details. The payment must be received at least 5 working days before the delivery date to avoid delivery delays. After picking and receiving payment, the goods will be shipped immediately. Please note that an transfer may take 1-2 days depending on the financial institution.

Paypal
You can also pay with PayPal. Choose PayPal as the payment method at the end of the checkout, and you will be redirected to PayPal. This payment method can be used by both logged-in PayPal users and guests without needing to sign in to PayPal. As part of PayPal payment, you have a variety of payment methods available: with direct debit, Giropay, or credit card you complete the payment while also enjoying PayPal Buyer Protection for free. The corresponding bank or card details are provided only to PayPal as the authenticated payment mediator; we are only informed by PayPal that you have paid the amount. This allows us to ship the goods to you as quickly as possible.
No PayPal account required
However, PayPal also offers payment as a guest (PayPal guest checkout), so registration is not mandatory. With a return, the amount is refunded to your current account or credit card.
