Brief overview
The LOXXER LOXK2000 VDMA has been specially developed for the safe indoor storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries. It is designed in particular for batteries used in industrial handheld devices, power tools, e-bikes, e-scooters and similar applications.
The LOXK2000 features a reinforced frame and meets the requirements of VDMA Standard Sheet 24994 for the safe handling of lithium-ion batteries. Fire-retardant materials, thermally insulated shelves, automatic fire detection, visual and audible alarms, and an optional aerosol fire suppression system ensure a high level of safety when charging and storing batteries.
Thanks to its design, the cabinet can be transported through standard doorways despite its size. In an emergency, the cabinet can be quickly removed from the danger zone and taken outdoors.

Door monitoring
If a door remains open for longer than five minutes, the following occurs:

- Interruption of the charging process
- Deactivation of active ventilation

Pressure management
An integrated pressure relief valve reduces the internal pressure in the event of a deflagration and protects the cabinet structure.
Flue gas management
A connection for an external flue gas duct enables the controlled discharge of flue gases to the outside.
