LOXXER walk-in container – Immediate hazard prevention for conspicuous lithium batteries
The LOXXER walk-in container ensures a safe storage location for all types of lithium-ion batteries (e.g. automotive, PV storage, loose cells, etc.).
Standard sizes
The container is available in 4 sizes: 4, 10, 20 and 40 feet, with dimensions of 1200 x 2200 x 2260 mm, 2990 x 2440 x 2590 mm, 6060 x 2440 x 2590 mm and 12200 x 2440 x 2590 mm.
The interior offers space for a wide variety of equipment. The walk-in container is ideal for use as a charging container when batteries are to be charged directly inside.
Individually adaptable to your needs!
The container can be individually adapted to a wide range of requirements. The containers have the following standard equipment :
- AF-X fire protection aerosol system
- CO, smoke and heat detection
- Fire extinguisher installation in accordance with NEN-EN 15276-1:2019
- Complies with regulations PGS37-2, EN50110 / NEN3140, NEN1010
- 90 minutes fire resistant according to WBDBO (resistance to the penetration and spread of fire)
- LED lighting with motion detector
- Overpressure protection
- Air conditioning unit
- Storz connection to sprinkler heads
- Safety pictograms
- Alarm devices on the outside of the container
- IOT remote monitoring (LSC portal)

- Independent forwarding to PAC/RAC

General guidelines for battery storage
There are currently no legal regulations for the storage of lithium batteries/lithium-ion batteries. Only VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH provides general safety rules for damage prevention in its publication VdS 3103 : 2019-06 (03). It is advisable to clarify your requirements with your property insurer in advance.
