The ZARGES K 470 Battery Safe Classic is a fireproof transport and storage box for lithium-ion batteries, including defective and critically defective batteries. The box is approved as tested dangerous goods packaging and offers a flexible, reusable safety concept for the transport, storage and recycling of lithium batteries.

Accessory items
The Zarges clip-on castors provide mobility for all boxes with internal dimensions of 550 x 350 mm or larger. Tool-free assembly is possible. The castors are made of solid rubber, Ø 100 mm, and have a load capacity of 100 kg with 4 castors. We recommend choosing either 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors or 4 swivel castors. The set is suitable for the K 470, Eurobox and ZARGES Box series and consists of two fixed castors.
The lock set is suitable for all boxes with lock preparation in hinged closures. The set consists of 2 locks and 2 keys and is only keyed alike as a set.
The spring-loaded safety catch is suitable for all boxes with ZARGES comfort locks (width 54 mm). It prevents the locks from springing open accidentally and is easy to install. The locks can also be retrofitted with the spring-loaded safety catch. The set consists of 2 spring-loaded safety catches and 2 cover clips.
This is a TSA padlock with a 3-digit, freely selectable combination. The lock fits all K 424 XC, K 470, Eurobox, K 475 and ZARGES boxes and can be opened by the American TSA without damage.
