The "conduit entry" accessory is suitable for the ION-LINE models and can be used to insert cables into the enclosure, for example to install your own fire alarm technology in the enclosure.

Intended use:

This device is suitable for feeding through:

• Pipes (with an outer diameter of up to 28 mm)
• Hoses (with an outer diameter of up to 27 mm)
• Electrical cables (with an outer diameter of up to 21 mm)

Additional information for metallic pipes:

It is recommended to manufacture piping from stainless steel or a material with similar thermal conductivity to maintain fire resistance as determined and specified in the tests.

Principle / mounting position:

The Type 90 duct penetration can be installed in the designated areas for the manufacturer's particular enclosure type. It can be installed both externally and internally.

Self-assembly:

Ask us for the drawing of the respective cabinet model. Please note that a minimum distance of 22 mm from the edges of the pipe penetration and 20 mm between individual pipes, hoses or cables must be maintained. The drill hole diameter in the type 90 duct bushing must not be more than 1 mm larger than the outer diameter of the pipe, hose or cable that is to be routed through the duct (other versions are possible in consultation with us or the manufacturer).

Holes that are no longer required:

If holes are no longer required, all open holes in the enclosure wall must be sealed professionally and completely up to the wall depth with suitable fire protection putty.
