Use as a preventive measure for electric cars involved in accidents
In addition to acute firefighting, i.e. extinguishing fires in electric cars or other batteries, VLITEX fire blankets are perfect for preventive use: The extinguishing blanket spread over an e-car involved in an accident prevents a larger fire from spreading to the surrounding area, while the vehicle under the blanket can burn out. In particular, the alternative extinguishing measures with a lot of water that are otherwise used by fire departments to extinguish batteries are not necessary. With a permanent temperature resistance of 1000°C and peak loads of 1300°C, they are not only ideal for extinguishing electric cars, but also for vehicles with conventional combustion engines.
