The material is non-combustible (certified non-combustibility, building material class A1, DIN 4102) and temperature-resistant up to over 1000°C. Vermiculite is very well suited for the transportation of defective lithium-ion batteries. The special structure prevents any damage in the event of impact and, thanks to its absorbency of up to 5 times its own weight, leaking liquids such as electrolytes can be absorbed immediately.

The cover is made of robust long-fiber paper, which ensures additional stability and protection.

Packaging and scope of delivery

One box contains 60 vermiculite cushions, carefully packaged to ensure safe and easy storage and transportation. For larger quantities, 12 boxes can be supplied on a pallet for efficient handling and logistics, especially for large projects or long-term applications. Please note that the minimum order quantity is 6 boxes.
