Shipping & Delivery

What are our shipping costs?

We generally ship the majority of our products free of charge within Germany. We only charge a shipping and handling fee of €25 for very small orders with a value of less than €150.

Which logistics partner delivers your goods?

We work with a small selection of local forwarding agents who have been with us for years and who have distinguished themselves through their service, customer friendliness and adherence to delivery dates. Smaller products such as spare parts are sent by regular parcel service. Here we use established service providers such as DHL, GLS or DPD.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are usually processed within one working day. Depending on the production time (delivery time is specified in the order confirmation) and the selected payment method, your shipment will be sent to you immediately. Only when paying in advance do you need to allow for the time it takes for your bank transfer to reach our account. Depending on the bank, a bank transfer may take a few days. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment, provided they are available. You will receive the relevant information regarding delivery times in the order confirmation. Particularly in times of high demand, slight delays may occur; seasonal goods in particular, such as winter maintenance equipment, are in high demand after the onset of winter and the delivery time may therefore be longer. We therefore recommend ordering early to avoid long delivery times.

Delivery to other European countries

Of course, we also deliver devices to other European countries such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, etc. However, we are unable to provide a flat-rate shipping and delivery cost in advance, but will find the most cost-effective shipping partner for you. Delivery in the European region
We also ship our complete assortment into the European region, such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, etc. However, we can not specify specific flat shipping and delivery costs in advance as they differ significantly related to weight, size, destination etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us for making you an individual offer. Payment options

The following payment methods are available to you as our customer:

Invoice (for commercial customers, subject to creditworthiness)

Immediately after placing your order, the goods will be made ready for dispatch, taking into account the specified delivery time. As soon as the goods leave our premises, you will receive our invoice with the amount to be transferred. You will find our bank details on the enclosed invoice. Please always transfer the invoice amount stating the invoice number so that we can ensure that the payment is allocated without any problems. In the case of purchase on account, the purchase price is due for payment on the day you receive the delivery. We expect the invoice amount to be credited to our account within 10 days, otherwise we will unfortunately have to send you a reminder. Please save yourself and us this inconvenience and transfer the amount due on time. If you have any questions or problems with the transfer, the invoice amount etc., please do not hesitate to contact us.

Prepayment ./. 2% discount

After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us, as well as a prepayment invoice. This will show the amount to be transferred and our bank details. Payment must be received at least 5 working days before the delivery date in order to avoid delays in delivery. After commissioning and receipt of payment, the goods will be dispatched to you immediately. Please note that a bank transfer may take 1-2 days depending on the bank.

Paypal

You can also pay via PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. You can use this payment method both as a registered PayPal customer and as a guest without having to register with PayPal. There are various payment methods available to you as part of the PayPal payment: You can use direct debit, Giropay or credit card to process the payment and at the same time enjoy Paypal buyer protection free of charge. Only Paypal receives the corresponding bank or credit card information as an authenticated payment intermediary; we are only informed by Paypal that you have paid the amount. This enables us to send the goods to you as quickly as possible.

No PayPal account required

Paypal also offers payment as a guest (PayPal guest payment), so that registration is not mandatory. In the event of a return, the amount will be transferred back to your current or credit card account.
